Jenna came to my home to bath and groom my three Australian Shepherds, who can be a handful. They are "mostly" trained and one is very strange with new people. When she arrived at my home, it was very obvious that she knows how to handle dogs. She introduced herself to them with patience and affection. They all responded to her very well and behaved themselves while she bathed and groomed them. She brings all of her own equipment and cleans up after herself very well. She is a lovely young lady and very professional. I would recommend her services to my friends and family.
